Anchora Homes is a distinguished estate development project that emerged from Clemonic Homes, a reputable construction company known for its successful housing projects across Ghana.
The inception of Anchora Homes came as a natural extension of Clemonic Homes’ extensive experience and commitment to creating high quality housing solutions for Ghanaians.
The vision for Anchora Homes was conceived in 2022, with a clear focus on bridging the gap between luxury living and affordability for the average Ghanaian. Recognizing the growing demand for modern, comfortable, and stylish homes that blend seamlessly with local communities, the founders of Clemonic Homes saw an opportunity to create a real estate brand that would cater to both urban and suburban populations while elevating their living standards.
In February 2023, Anchora Homes was officially registered as an independent entity, marking the beginning of a new chapter in real estate development. With the full backing of Clemonic Homes’ construction expertise and knowledge, Anchora Homes embarked on its journey to redefine the housing landscape in Ghana. The company set out to design and build homes that not only exemplify modernity and luxury but also offer practical, affordable solutions for families, first-time homeowners, and professionals.
